We had a wonderful February Launch Meeting last Sunday. For those who weren't able to join us, we look forward to seeing you March 15th at the Keller Library!
Sunday, we spent some time connecting with one another and preparing for our Launch Service on September 13th. We also toured the Moviehouse & Eatery in Keller, where are services will take place starting in September! What a blessing! While at the Moviehouse, we spent some time thanking God for His provision and praying for the city of Keller, our future members and the souls that will embrace the gospel as a result of God's work thru The Well Church Of Keller. Our ministry strategy in planting The Well Church is to Attract (Invite guests to The Well, Life of charity), Attach (Life in community), and Adore(Grow in adoration, Life with Christ).

Our Promotional Video has been uploaded to our website, www.thewellchurchkeller.org and is available on our Facebook Page to share. We received our T-Shirts and will have them available for anyone who did not get one at our next meeting Sunday March 15th at the Keller Library Meeting Room.
Darryl Claiborne (Finance Lead) shared about our ultimate goal of integrity and transparency in the management of our financial wellness at The Well Church. Darryl went over our 2015 Budget and explained how we plan to manage income and expenses in our lead areas of ministry. We received a financial update for the month end of January 2015 and were reminded that financial gifts to The Well can be given online at http://www.thewellchurchkeller.org/give-1/. Also, any contributions to The Well Church can be sent by mail to: The Well Church Of Keller P.O. Box 3034, Grapevine TX 76099-3034 or through the Sunday offering at Irving Bible Church. Please make donations/checks payable to Irving Bible Church, c/o The Well Church in the memo line.
Meghan Winston (Marketing/Outreach Lead) updated us on social media and upcoming events for The Well. Please mark your calendars for our very 1st service event, The Keller Trash Bash, Saturday March 21st from 8:30am - 1pm! Together, we'll be rolling up our sleeves and helping to pick up trash at Bear Creek Park in Keller. This will be a great opportunity to connect with one another and continue to show our little ones what it looks like to serve our community. Please wear your Well T-Shirts to this event, as our aim is to also connect with the community around us! We'll meet at 8:30am at the Pavillon (400 Bear Creek Park, Keller 76248). The City of Keller will be providing us gloves and trash bags. As a thank-you local businesses will provide a picnic lunch for all who volunteer at 12pm, the closing of the event. We have our official travel dates to visit and tour Mosaic Church of Central Arkansas, a Gospel centered multi-ethnic and economically diverse church. All ages welcome! We leave Saturday April 25th and return on Sunday evening, the 26th. While we're there, we'll meet Pastor Mark DeYmaz and their lead team. We'll also get to attend their Sunday service, giving us a glimpse of what might be to come for The Well. This will help us determine our travel accommodations and itinerary.

It is SO exciting to see God glorified as we use our gifts to serve Him through The Well! Just a reminder, we'll be meeting with our team members in our areas of ministry on March 15th:
Prayer Team (Bob & Carol Robinson): Pray for The Well, leadership, future members and the community in which we minister to.
Finance Team (Darryl Claiborne & Anthony Asibelua): Help develop/execute our budget, fundraising, 5013C status.
Marketing & Outreach Team (Meghan Winston): Help develop/execute our marketing plan (website, social media, etc.) Help plan/execute our attract events in the community, fundraising events.
Production Team (Gabrielle Bodley & Oscar Camacho): Help plan/execute the production aspects of the sneak peek and launch services. (Visit other churches, training at IBC)
Children's Ministry Team (Jill Asibelua): Help develop our children's ministry plan for launch team meetings and launch service. (Research curriculum, visit other churches, put together volunteer team, training at IBC)
Worship Team (Charla Moreno): Lead us into the presence of God through Music. (Practice, visit other churches, research and help choose music)
Hospitality Team (Alice Grant & Francine Walker): help create a welcoming atmosphere for events and meetings. (Food, snacks, beverages, decorations, etc.)
