The Well Church celebrates all God's children. Our Children’s Ministry staff and volunteers work very hard every week to create an exciting, fun, challenging, and safe environment for children to learn about the person and work of Jesus Christ.
Our hope is that each child will walk away from our gatherings knowing that they are created in the image of God, and that not only do we love them, but so does Jesus Christ. When you arrive, you and your child will be greeted by our Children’s Ministry team and invited into a kid-friendly worship experience.

We take the safety and well-being of every child seriously. Our children’s ministry is designed to be a safe, welcoming environment where kids can learn, grow, and have fun. Every children’s ministry staff & volunteer is background checked and carefully screened before serving, and all volunteers are trained in our safety policies and expectations.
We use secure check-in and pick-up procedures, maintain clear guidelines for appropriate interactions and supervision, and follow established procedures for responding to emergencies and other safety concerns.
We know that entrusting your child to someone else is a big deal. Our goal is to create an environment where you can feel confident that your child is known, cared for, and safe while they’re with us.
